About me
My name is Shirèle, or at least the character I'm playing this time.
My journey to this reconnection began with health issues.
Unable to find solutions on the medical side, I began a path of research into myself and the world.
I reconnect with my sensitivity by realizing all the means I have put in place to not "feel" (addictions, rapid dopamine, etc.)
I am training as a psycho-spiritual therapist which is changing my relationship with myself by exploring my unconscious and my soul.
This was the starting point for many experiences, retreats and trainings such as Chinese cupping, Womb yoga, Tantra, relational authenticity etc.
All this time I travel and discover. I discover that it is possible to create exactly the life we desire, that we are creators and that we are much more powerful than we believe.
In Jamaica I rediscover the importance of taking care of oneself in all ways and I rediscover SEAMOSS, which changes the state of certain functions of my body/mind.
It was then that I became aware of the deep interconnection between my body and mind and the significant impact they have on each other.
I also become aware of the interconnection between all humans, and between everything.
This concept is an invitation to reconnect with oneself, with one's body, with one's neighbor, with everything that surrounds us to live a simpler but ultimately much fuller life.
